2. User Responsibilities

Clients must ensure all necessary permissions are obtained for shoots, especially on private property or restricted areas. Compliance with local laws and regulations is mandatory.

3. Scheduling and Weather Conditions

Service dates are subject to change based on weather conditions and safety considerations. We will notify clients promptly off any necessary rescheduling.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of all produced content. Clients receive a license for agreed-upon uses, such as marketing or personal enjoyment. Third-party usage requires our written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due within 30 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations and Postponements

Clients must provide at least 5 days notice for cancellations. Postponements requested by clients less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur administrative fees.

7. Liability

While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Privacy

We respect client privacy and handle personal information per our Privacy Policy. We may showcase produced content in our portfolio unless clients request otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
